We found our first REO property through our real estate agent. We purchased the property for $29K, and the repairs were $11K. It took approximately six weeks to do the work—new roof, paint and carpet. It sold for $68K, and our profit after the closing and holding costs was $18K.

Most valuable thing we got out of Armando’s Flip and Grow Rich Training Program as motivation. We would not have been motivated enough to buy our first property without the encouragement we received from the coaches and the accountability after each class.
